Projects undertaken within the last 5 years

The renovation projects undertaken from 2020 to 2023 encompassed the transformation of three properties, focusing on plumbing, ceiling rectification, painting, security proofing, and kitchen redesigning. As the hired project manager, I was tasked with overseeing the entire renovation process from conception to completion. The second project is Solt & Pepa, a condiment brand in Kampala, Uganda. Solt & Pepa is a growing chili processing business based in Uganda, founded in 2020. Starting with mobile BBQ services in Kampala, it has expanded its product line to include chili condiments such as chili oil with dried chili, pureed chili oil made with fresh chili, and chili flakes. Lastly, I co-founded LINCET Partners, where we partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide our clients with innovative and practical solutions that transform businesses and drive sustainable growth.
